Live Support is provided from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. Outside of those hours an answering service will answer the call and take down your information. Depending on your support contract, there may be a charge for after hours support. Therefore, you may be asked if you'd like a technician to be paged and possibly incur additional costs. Technicians are available to help after hours on an on-call basis.
